Marc Lujan
Following his graduation from Western Washington University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Management, Marc Lujan embarked on his career in the HVAC industry in 2019. Initially starting as a service technician and inside salesman for a manufacturer's rep firm, he demonstrated a keen enthusiasm for expanding his knowledge base. Over time, he transitioned into roles such as controls technician, acquiring invaluable experience in various HVAC technologies. With four years of diverse experience under his belt, Marc has held positions with multiple manufacturer's reps and wholesalers, specializing predominantly in VRF technology. His responsibilities have encompassed sales, estimating, design, and service, collaborating closely with engineers and contractors. Based in North Jersey, Marc currently serves customers across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive support ranging from pre-design consultations to post-sale services, including budgeting, site inspections, and equipment startup.
Elaine Pelletier
Elaine Pelletier graduated from New Jersey City University in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She began her career in digital marketing as a Social Media Manager, where she honed her skills in planning and executing online campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.
However, Elaine soon discovered her true passion for sales and building meaningful connections. She transitioned into the solar industry, where she played a pivotal role in helping hundreds of families transition to clean energy by installing solar systems in their homes. This experience deepened her commitment to making a positive impact on both her clients and the environment.
Now based in North Jersey, Elaine serves as an Outside Sales Representative, responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships with both potential and existing customers. She focuses on estimating, identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and meeting sales targets across her designated territory. Elaine is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and providing tailored solutions to meet her clients' needs.
